Since 2006, ACT Theatre has premiered or developed 22 new plays in our various play development programs (ACT New Play Award, Icicle Creek Theatre Festival, New Works for the American Stage) which have gone on to have over 60 productions elsewhere in the country, many of them at top of the line professional regional theatres. Seattle Gilbert & Sullivan Society celebrating 65 years, started a new series of productions under the program "Challenging the Canon" of which Princess Ida is the pilot production. We want to create G&S productions in a way that showcases our community in all its richness as well as brings new life to an art form that has beautiful music and witty stories, but desperately needs an infusion of new inspiration and creativity.

Seattle Repertory Theatre (affectionately known as "The Rep") is a major regional theatre located in Seattle, Washington. The theater attracts patrons and viewers from Bellingham to Olypia. It is a fixture at the Seattle Center. The Rep is a member of Theatre Puget Sound and Theatre Communications Group. The theatre was founded in 1963. Reboot Theatre is dedicated to expanding its reach for more artists and audiences to be seen, heard and represented, Reboot Theatre Company continues to move the needle forward on storytelling. It started with thirty women in an apartment, reading from scripts and singing with a keyboard. After a successful fundraising campaign, and a sold-out cabaret, a "What if" conversation turned into the nation's first fully realized all-female production of 1776.
